Sales/Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager identifies, qualifies, and secures future programs and opportunities. Plan and organize program initiatives and own day-to-day activities to ensure that operational responsibilities are satisfactorily performed. Ensure that special projects and assignment are effectively completed, and annual objectives are achieved. Identify, develop, and maintain position relationships with customers. This position reports to the Director of Sales.

  • Establish cultivate and enhance customer relationships; leverage relationships to maintain and grow the business.
  • Develop new customers by actively prospecting and qualifying opportunities.
  • Understand key players (customers, influence makers, competitors, etc.) in the target markets and how decisions are made.
  • Develop and recommend market strategies that optimize growth and profitability.
  • Interact with Engineering, Finance and Operations to coordinate any activities necessary for technology development, market launch, achieving profitability targets and attaining superior customer satisfaction.
  • Recommend pricing strategies, develop and prepare marketing and sales budgets with department heads as business development activities become integrated to the business.


  • Position Requirements:
  • 3-5 years proven track record in business sales or related market
  • Associate degree
  • Knowledge of functional plastics a plus
  • Travel as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Products
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including listening and persuasion
  • Ability to work effectively in a home-based environment when necessary

1st, 2nd, 3rd Shift Manufacturing Production

Entry Level Production Positions, On all Shifts for All Departments The positions follow standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible The production worker position performs all tasks involved in the production of the company’s products. This includes injection molded plastics, and chrome plated or painted plastics.

  • Inspection of parts
  • Following written work instructions
  • Counting and recording products boxed or scraped
  • Clipping, trimming, or sanding parts and placing them into boxes or containers.
  • Inspection of parts prior to racking on multiple plating racks
  • Removing plated components of plating racks
  • Clipping of trimming excess material before inspection and placement into packaging.
  • Inspection and assembly of parts
  • Running parts through simple machines
  • Applying lenses, clips or adhesive backings
  • Inspection and identification of any chrome or paint defects
